What we send

Customer messages from our business number, (385) 437-9974: appointment confirmations, reminders and schedule changes, replies to your quote request and your questions, prices from our service menu, and a short follow-up after your service. We do not send promotional blasts.

Owner-only operations line: we also run an internal text line on a separate toll-free number. Our own software uses it to text the business owner (alerts, daily summaries) and to take his replies. The owner is the only person subscribed to that line; customers are never messaged from it.

How you opt in

You agree to receive texts from us when you text our business number first, or when you enter your mobile number on our quote form and check the box agreeing to receive texts about your quote and appointment. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any service.

Frequency and cost

Message frequency varies with your conversation and your appointments. Message and data rates may apply; check with your mobile carrier about your plan.

Opting out

Reply STOP at any time to opt out. You will get one confirmation message and nothing further. Reply START to opt back in. You can also opt out by calling (385) 437-9974 or emailing buckaroo@buckaroodetailing.com.

Carriers

Messages are sent through U.S. mobile carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier’s network and your plan.

No sharing of opt-in data

Mobile phone numbers, text-messaging opt-in data and SMS consent are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We share numbers only with the text-messaging software and carriers that deliver the messages you opted into, and only for that purpose.
